Our Fleet Operations Team centrally coordinates our nationwide team of mobile technicians, ensuring seamless support round the clock, seven days a week. Upon receiving a request, we swiftly dispatch a mobile technician to address the issue. We prioritize transparency, providing regular progress reports to keep our clients informed, minimizing vehicle downtime and maximizing Fleet efficiency.

We also understand the importance of keeping clients updated with regular progress reports to further support minimising vehicle off road times and improving Fleet efficiency.

The Fleet operations team provides a non stop shop for the:

  • Receipt of work orders and instructions
  • Coordination of mobile tech activity and scheduling
  • Dedicated Account Management to enable quick and efficient authorisations & customer feedback
