Will my vehicle be valeted after it has been repaired?
Well, it depends! If we’re doing something major like a cab shell swap, we’ll definitely give it a good clean inside and out. But if it’s just a regular repair, we’ll wash and vacuum it for you. Of course, if you fancy a full valet, just let us know, and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can you repair Coaches?
Absolutely! At BP Rolls, we’re equipped to handle vehicles of all shapes and sizes, including coaches and buses. We’ve got tons of experience fixing up, renovating, and even wrapping commercial vehicles.
Do you use green recycled parts?
Sure thing! If you’re keen on going green, we’re happy to use recycled parts in your repairs. Not only does it help your vehicle avoid being declared a total loss, but it can also lower the claim value, potentially reducing your insurance premium.
What is a write off?
Well, that’s when the cost of repairs ends up being more than the value of the vehicle after subtracting the salvage value. Your insurer will give you the lowdown when your vehicle’s deemed a ‘Total Loss’. For more info and advice, you can also check out the Government websites.
How long will the repairs take?
It’s a bit like asking how long a piece of string is! It all depends on how bad the damage is, how tricky the repairs are, and if we can get our hands on the parts we need.
Will you re-apply my vehicle’s livery when you repair it?
Absolutely! We can handle everything when it comes to your repairs, including re-printing and re-applying your vehicle’s livery.
I am VAT registered; will I get a VAT invoice for the repairs?
You bet! You’ll receive an invoice for the VAT on the whole repair, and that’s payable once the repairs are all done.
Who do I pay the excess to?
The excess is what you pay towards the cost of the repair.
Can you repair pre-existing damage while my vehicle is in for repair?
Absolutely! It just makes sense to fix up any pre-existing damage while we’re at it, right? Just let us know when you book your vehicle in, and we’ll take care of it all.
How do I get my vehicle to you and is there a charge?
No worries—we’ve got you covered! If your vehicle’s not roadworthy, we can sort out recovery, or if it’s drivable, we can arrange collection. Some insurers even foot the bill for collection and delivery at agreed rates. And if you’re footing the bill, we’ll always agree on costs upfront.
Can you handle the claim for me with my insurer?
Absolutely! Once you’ve given your insurer or broker a heads-up, just pass us the claim reference number and their name, and we’ll take it from there.
Can you carry out a mobile estimate on my vehicle?
You got it! We can swing by for a visual inspection and estimate the damage right at your convenience.
